In the late 1980’s, a group of musicians got together to play a combination of Rhythm & Blues, and Rock n’ Roll. This group soon became a favorite along the Southern Oregon Coast, playing for weddings, private gatherings, local benefits, and festivals. Over the years, many talented musicians have added their own unique style to this band. With musicians with backgrounds in music from Rock to Reggae, Sans Prophet offers a combination of Rhythm & Blues, Classic Oldies, and Rock n’ Roll, not to mention their own distinct variety of original songs including “Away and Hide”, “Passion or Love”, and “Mojo”.

Recent performances include the American Music Festival, Brookings, OR, August 2008, August 2007; the Port of Gold Beach,OR’s 4th of July Celebration, 2008; and the Curry Co. Historical Society’s Annual Crab Feed, Gold Beach, OR, Feb. 2008.

Sans Prophet provides a unique variety of music for your dancing and/or just listening pleasure. The band recently released their latest CD entitled "Mojo" which features a total of 12 tracks in a high quality hard CD format and downloadable MP3 format. We cover the spectrum of blues by the original artists adding our own unique flavor to get our fans up and dancing.

Sans Prophet blues and classic rock band members of Southern Oregon has passion for the blues music which becomes evident when we starting playing our unique flavor of music in live performances. Sans Prophet's mission in every concert is to move the house by filling the audience up with music that they cannot help but move their body or tap their feet.
